Terms of service

Image rightsI, the artist, hold every right to the produced artwork, not the client.I am allowed to use the artwork to:
● Promote myself using the image in any place or website (unless discussed otherwise)
● Have the image included in a publication. (book/magazine)
● Sell prints of at events / online.The client is allowed to:
● Use the artwork for personal, non profitable use only.
● Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s), but not the artwork itself.
● Use the art online with proper credit given to the artist. If possible attach a link to this website.If you infringe the copyright agreement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered copyright infringement:
● Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (making money off of it in any way)
● Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
● Removing any watermarks/signatures that may be on the artwork.
● Altering the artwork without my, the artists, consent. ( does not include cropping for use as a profile picture/header on social media )During the making of the artwork I am allowed to :
● Stream the process of the commission on Twitch.
● Post process shots on my social media.Payment● Commissions must be paid in full through PayPal invoice before I begin working on them.
● You have up to a week to pay the invoice from the day you receive it. If you do not send payment within that time - your slot will be terminated.
● There will be an option to tip within the invoice. It is not required, but always appreciated. Alternatively, there's a "thank you" donation button at the bottom of this page.
● I do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your commission before you pay me.Communication● Please be ready to provide more information about the commission/references should I need them, once I accept your commission.
● I will always respond within 48 hours of receiving an e-mail from a client. Please try to do the same.
● Upon request I will provide process shots of the artwork (if I have something to show). Please remember I'm working on multiple commissions at the same time and I may not have started on yours yet.
● If after starting on the commission, I do not receive any communication from the client within 4 weeks - their commission and funds are forfeited and no commission will be delivered. I will make 3 attempts at communication over this time.Refusal of Service● I reserve the right to decline a commission request.
● I reserve the right to terminate a commission at any time due to rude and/or inappropriate behavior. Be polite and respectful.

Extra fees explained

I'd like to note that I allow for a good amount of detailing before charging extra. However, there are certain things that take extra time to draw/render and I feel that they require an extra fee on top of the price.Hands
● All of the portrait commissions, as a standard, do not include hands.
● If you wish to include hands within your portrait, please state so in the description and we can discuss how much extra it will cost if I accept your commission. Please make sure to describe the hand positioning to make it easy to calculate the extra fee.Effects
● I do magic effects in the full body character illustration free of charge. However, if the magic effect is particularly intricate/detailed I will notify you of an extra fee. The magic effect can be simplified to avoid extra charges upon your request.
● Rendered Fantasy portrait also comes with minor magic effects free of charge. Any detailed effects will come with a fee.
● No magic effects are included for free with other types of commissions. If you require them added let me know in your commission description, we will then discuss an extra fee.Intricate Details
Things that fall under this section are:
● Detailed tattoos
● Detailed hairstyles
● Detailed jewellery
● Detailed clothing/armor
● Scales

Commissions Form

To submit a commission request you will be required to fill in a Commissions form located at the bottom of the page. Please be as specific and detailed as you can when describing your character. Make sure to attach as many relevant references as you can to support your description.Here are some things you should remember to note when describing your character:
● race
● sex
● personality
● colour of their skin / eyes / hair / clothing / jewellery
● preferred expression / poseIf you have commissioned me before please provide the same contact e-mail as the one you have previously used. If you commissioned me through a social media account please provide the @handle you did it with.

Process

Fantasy Portrait (Rendered) | Full character (rendered)I will complete the commission within 30 days from receiving the payment.● Once I receive your commission request (if I accept it) I shall send you a link to a PayPal invoice for my service.
● Once I receive the payment, I will make sure I have all the needed information about your commission. I may send you an e-mail with extra questions. If you want a certain resolution for your image let me know in advance, before I begin working on it.
● I will then send you a rough sketch. At this point you can make major changes if what I have drawn doesn't fall within your description. However, you can't completely change your mind about what it is I'm drawing and make drastic changes to the characters design if what i've drawn follows your description.
● Once you approve of the initial sketch I will send you a clean sketch of the image with basic colours. You may make changes to the colours and minor adjustments to the sketch.
● Once you approve of the final sketch and colour composition I will begin rendering the artwork to completion. At this point you may not make any changes. You may request to see progress shots of your commission.
● Once I complete the commission I will send you the files to your contact e-mail.**Fantasy portrait (stylised) | Profile portrait (stylised) | Fantasy portrait (sketch) **I will complete the commission within 30 days from receiving the payment.● Once I receive your commission request (if I accept it) I shall send you a link to a PayPal invoice for my service.
● Once I receive the payment, I will make sure I have all the needed information about your commission. I may send you an e-mail with extra questions. If you want a certain resolution for your image let me know in advance, before I begin working on it.
● I will then finish the piece and send you the final file to your contact e-mail. I do not provide sketches/process shots for these types of commissions.Realistic portrait (painterly)I will complete the commission within 30 days from receiving the payment.● Once I receive your commission request (if I accept it) I shall send you a link to a PayPal invoice for my service.
● Once I receive the payment, I will make sure I have all the needed information about your commission. I may send you an e-mail with extra questions. If you want a certain resolution for your image let me know in advance, before I begin working on it.
● I will complete the piece and send you the final file to your contact e-mail. Since it's a realistic portrait based on a reference photo - I don't need to send things for approval. However, I can send process shots if you so desire. If there are minor things that you want to change after seeing process shots let me know.
